The building is situated in the middle of a vast pine forest covering 20.000 square meters and directly overlooks the beach of Marina di Campo.
The bathing establishment of the Hotel Residence Iselba shall provide you all beach services: deck-chair, beach umbrella.
The residential complex is composed of 39 flats with independent entry, of varied sizes and furnished with taste; they can be situated at the first floor, with balcony, or on the ground floor, with garden. All are equipped with tv color, telephone, strongbox, hairdryer and external table.
The vast external space that surrounds the building is particularly interesting for the families with very young children; some camp beds, parlour games, books, ping-pong, bar billiards, slides and swings are available.
Inside the sunny hall with panoramic view on the island of Montecristo can be found point. A service of bikes renting is also available.
Fore the lovers of aquatic activities are proposed lesson of wind-surfing, sailing-boat, canoe, and scuba diving.
For those who prefer walking in the woods, the trekking and mountain biking are two sports that can be easily done, as well as tennis.
The car park and the beach are reserved to the guests.
